Heres mine: 1. To run Tarawera 50k on February 14th 2. I run to take opportunities my fitness and health gives me. I run to reach new levels and limits. I run to empower others to do the same.

My first running goal would be to be able to run a 5km and then move to a 10km in the future. Ive started running again for my mental health in particular, but also my physical health as I wasn't happy where I was sitting with my physical ability.
