This community is all about progress and engagement! It’s not about you vs me… it’s about YOU vs YOU! I each one of us is on our own health journey and as iron sharpens iron… we can and will push each other to make the necessary changes in our lifestyle! So there’s no judgement here… only a fire 🔥 that’s waiting to be lit inside of us and that 🔥 = Momentum = Transformation 🚀 ✅ So here’s what I want you to do for step 1: Share a picture of where you live (the state, the town, or a favorite part of your house). This program is called The M.etabolic A.ccelerator P.rogram but the MAP stands for much more than that… It’s about your journey the when and where you started and your journey to the version of you that will be revealed along the journey.
