What if you had a cleaning biz coach on call 24/7?
Hey guys, I’ve been working on something behind the scenes that I think could be a total game-changer for solo cleaners and small teams: 👉 A cleaning business coach powered by AI. It gives you smart, real-world advice on things like: - How to price your jobs without undercharging - What to say when a client cancels last minute - Where to get more leads (free or paid) - Scripts for tough client convos - How to stop burning out from overbooking - It talks like a mentor—not a robot. And it asks smart follow-up questions to guide you to the right answer, just like a real coach would. 🔍 Want to test it? If you have ChatGPT Plus ($20/month), you can try it here:👉 https://chatgpt.com/g/g-6809fd423c7c819190a945ec3eaf2b5f-cleaning-business-coach Just ask it anything you’re stuck on right now in your business. Example prompts: - “A client said I missed a spot—what do I say?” - “I want to raise my prices—how do I do it without losing people?” - “What’s the best way to get more weekly clients near me?” 💬 I’d love your feedback: - Was it helpful? - What should I change or add? - Would you use this again? Drop your thoughts in the comments or DM me.Thanks so much if you give it a spin 🙏

I just tried this and wasn’t sure what to expect, but it actually gave a decent answer lol. I asked what to say when a client cancelled on me last minute and it gave me a message I might actually send. Felt kinda like talking to someone who’s been through it. Gonna play around with it more later, but seems useful so far.
$1000+ up so far
Honestly, I didn’t expect much, but those Facebook templates have e pulled in over $1,000 so far lol. Super simple and they really work. If you haven't tried this yet then you definitly need too.

Me too!
Not sure what to do with this customer
Anyone else have clients who are always tough to deal with? I’ve got one who’s always nitpicking, and now they’re saying I missed a spot and hinting at leaving a bad review. I know I did a good job, but I’m not sure how to handle this without making it worse. How do you deal with people like this?

I’ve been in this business for a while now, and unfortunately difficult customers come with the territory every now and then. It’s frustrating, but try not to let it get you down too much. Some people will always find something to complain about, even when you do your best. My adviceis to stay professional, offer to fix the issue, and move on. And honestly, if they keep making things difficult "fire’ them. Sometimes it’s better to let a problem customer go so you can focus on the good ones. Keep your head up it’s all part of the job and dont let it get you down. However what I would say is that if this is an issue that happens a lot then you need to try and target a different segment of users e.g. higher paying ones... This will fix this issue the majority of the time in my experience...
