Starting next Friday, February 20th, we will be introducing the very first “official” cast of INFLUENCERs for the LEARNin San Diego LIVE network! Premium and VIP Membership will include - Done for you LIVE Q&A clips for INFLUENCERs throughout the whole real estate investing journey (aka LEARNin Local Challenge) - Referral matching our Members with the needs of investors who email "[email protected]" or call/text 424-262-5433. This will be led and managed by @Emerson Pacete - Done for you Marketing Tasks by the ISRs like @Tristan Bushkov @Samuel Shayegiand (Inside Sales Reps). BDRs (Business Developer Reps) in the Revolution Realty Capital entreprenuership internship led by @Ruben Austria - Streaming to Spotify, Apple Music and major podcast platforms. LEARNin Local Academy continues to show strong, measurable growth now that we accomplished the below milestones in the past quarter!! 1) We now have multiple Hosts trained and ready to Host Freedom Friday including - "Cadallac" Christopher Astillero - Erica Traulsen 2) We now have multiple LIVE Producers including - Emerson Pacete - Ruel Reyes 3) We now have a new Podcast Facilitator on board to duplicate my efforts, @Ruben Austria! Kelcey Coyne will soon help us launch LEARNin (next) LIVE in order to eventually scale into counties all over the country. Kelcey currently LIVE produces the #1 podcast for Labor Union workers!

@Michelle Adams Good morning, Hope your day is off to a great start! I have an issue in Texas that I’m dealing with….Im an heir to a small estate of about 25 acres….one of the other heirs had a manufactured home on the property using less than an acre. They let the house go back and some way the mortgage company has placed a lien on the entire estate. I spoke with them explaining that it was heir property and asked if they did a title search and that a manufactured home was personal property, not real estate…. Needless to say they hung up on me after that and I haven’t been able to get in contact with them, but I had no idea it happened years ago and I don’t want it to hit the 10 year mark. Is there any advice you can offer from a Title perspective because I feel like something was terribly wrong here.(maybe even fraud) I’m in the process of hiring an attorney, but wanted to see if you had some insight.

Anyhow, you will likely have heard about TRUMP HOMES and this article a perfect article to reference this coming Friday! If you are going to be on the show this Friday, RATHER THAN POLITICS I would focus more of your attention on the last part of the article that questions whether a "rent-to-own" pathway would actually benefit many first-time homebuyers. ""The reason this hasn't been done before at a large scale is that rent-to-own just isn't a very favorable proposition to buyers," he says. Rent-to-own makes sense only in specific circumstances where the buyer is unable to get a mortgage now, but will be in the future, and is willing to commit to a specific home upfront, says Berner. The rent-to-own buyer is also gambling that the home's value won't decline over the lease period. "It's a small subset of the buyer population that experiences all these conditions," he says. "Building more homes is great for buyers, and a large-scale building boom will make homes more affordable. Just build them.
