🎉 We Just Hit 100 Members… And This Is Only The Beginning
We just hit 100 members and honestly… this feels really special 🥹🔥 What started as an idea… a space… a “let’s just see what happens” is now a community of 100 people who showed up. And that’s not small. This space is built on: real connection real conversations and actually supporting each other (not just lurking 👀) So if you’re here — thank you 🩷 Seriously. You’re part of building this. And if you’ve been hanging back quietly… this is your sign to step in 😏 ============================ Drop a comment and say hi 👇 Tell us who you are, what you do, or what brought you here Let’s make this a space where people actually connect 💬🔥

@Tori Studer first I 💯 agree, no non-readers just those that haven’t found their “just-right” book (it’s a bit of Goldilocks like puzzle but once you find it MAGIC!) As for my favorite book I’m going to give 2 answers. My personal favorite is Little Women, I may not have enjoyed reading much when I was younger but I read it and loved it and reread it a handful of times over the years even when I pretty mich avoided reading anything else. My personal favorite for kids Jonathan James and the Whatif Monster by Michelle Nelson-Schmidt. I remember the first time I read it to my oldest who was battling some anxiety about school at the time and boy did it unlock some magic for him and hit hard for me (healing my inner child if you will) both at the same time. If you’ve never heard of it I encourage you to check it out! She’s a terrific author and has other books I love to recommend as well and she even has plushies and artwork to go with several of her major characters. I remember having my own plush Whatif Monster with me at some of the first vendor events I did when I was first starting my entrepreneurial journey as a “book lady” I’ve grown a lot since then but I still have my Whatif Monster to remind me how important it is to step outside of my comfort zone because some really amazing things can happen when you do!
⚠️ Growing Through Bundles & Summits = Freebie Seekers?
Hot take 🔥 I hear this ALL the time… “That just brings in freebie seekers…” “They won’t buy…” “It’s low-quality leads…” And I just… don’t agree. Because I’ve seen the opposite. 👉 42% of my sales have come from my own summits 👉 25% from being part of other people’s Not random. Not fluff. Actual buyers. So no… it’s not that these strategies “don’t work” 👉 it’s how you’re using them. Because yes… you can grow your list fast and still end up with people who: ❌ never open ❌ never click ❌ never buy But that’s not a “bundle problem” or a “summit problem” 👉 it’s a strategy problem. It’s about: • how you show up • how you position yourself • what you invite people into next Alignment > just numbers So I’m curious… 👉 are you avoiding bundles or summits because of this belief? Let’s talk about it 👇

@Julie Butler oh I’ve jumped right in before too but that definitely speaks to their messaging that I could instantaneously feel the vibe and know it was worth the investment (not a risk) because what they had to offer was so clear I knew it was exactly what I needed.

@Julie Butler same! I will literally follow this coach anywhere, she just gets me and continues to offer exactly what I need even before I realize I need it. It’s like magic! 😂
Be honest… 👀
How much time have you spent creating content this month… vs actually getting in front of new people? 👀 I’ll go first… I’ve spent WAY more time creating than getting in front of new people before… and every time I do… sales slow down. Every. single. time. Where are you at right now? 👇
Be honest… 👀

I’ve been procrastinating on creating content and haven’t been getting in front of people so I’m just on fire this month 🤪 In all fairness I’m coming out of a crazy season and needed to decompress so I’m okay with that (to some degree) wish I hadn’t completely dropped off the face of the earth in my biz.

What Julie Told Me About Summit Speakers Who Win
I had a conversation with Julie (who hosts multiple summits a year)… And she said something that stuck: 👉 “The speakers who get results aren’t the best presenters… they’re the most present.” Read that again. Because most speakers think it’s about: ✔️ perfect slides ✔️ polished delivery ✔️ the “right” freebie But that’s not what moves the needle. The ones who actually grow? They’re in the comments. They’re answering questions. They’re part of the conversation. They don’t just show up as a speaker… They show up as a human people want to engage with. And that’s what turns: → cold audiences into warm leads → visibility into community growth → attention into actual sales _____________________________________ 🔥 If that’s how you want to show up… Applications are open for the 𝗔𝗜-𝗗𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁 𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗲 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 🗓️ June 15–17, 2026 ⏰ Apply by April 24, 2026 *** Note: You need to be a member of the community first...then get to Level 5 before the deadline. So let's get you in today. Join here. (Shared with permission from Julie 👏) 💬 Question for you: When you think about speaking…are you focused on your content… or your presence?

Nailed it with “showing up as human people” those are always the ones I’m most drawn to as a summit attendee.

@Brenda Rigney 💯 especially when you can tell they used a similar template as so many others to create their funnel.
Wait… what is a Summit or a Bundle anyway? 🤔👇
Totally normal question ... and I saw a few of you asking, so let’s clear it up in real words (not marketing fluff 😂). 💻 A Virtual Summit = An online event (usually 3–5 days) where multiple experts teach on ONE theme. Think: → Free to attend → Watch trainings/interviews → Learn a ton → Grow your list → Build authority → Sell something on the backend Example: “Grow Your Email List Summit” with 30+ experts teaching different strategies. 📦 A Bundle = A curated collection of digital products (courses, templates, trainings, tools) around ONE goal — sold together for a low price for a limited time. Think: → 20–80+ contributors → One checkout → Big value → Easy list growth → No event schedule → No live hosting Example: “Visibility Toolkit Bundle” with planners, courses, swipe files, etc. ✨ In simple terms: Summit = Event + teaching + schedule Bundle = Library + downloads + instant access Both are amazing for: ✔️ Growing your list ✔️ Building credibility ✔️ Making sales ✔️ Collaborating with others ✔️ Being seen as “the go-to” in your space And BOTH can work even if you have a small audience. Promise 😉 💡 If you’re curious which one fits YOU best… I made a free GPT that helps you map it out in minutes 👉 juliecbutler.com/gpt You can play with it, test ideas, and get clarity without overthinking. If you try it, tell me what it gives you 👀💗 I’m nosy like that 😂

@Debra Verrall it definitely does

@Julie Butler I especially loved the blend of including a training not just a printable/digital resource which I really loved when I ran my summit but just don’t have the bandwidth for right now. It even walked me through how to approach contributors for that “one specific piece” which is super helpful for an introvert like me.
