👉 Confession: I Work Faster So I Can Go Sew 😂
I was sitting there the other day like… why the heck am I so obsessed with sewing and crochet lately?? 😂🧶 Like… I’ll blink and suddenly it’s been 3 hours and I’ve made a whole thing. So I went down a little rabbit hole (because of course I did)…and turns out… it actually makes sense. 👉 It’s instant progress 👉 No decisions 👉 No overthinking 👉 You can SEE the result right away Basically… the complete opposite of running a business 😅 And now I get it. So I started doing something different… I’m using it as my reward 👀 When I’m working → I stay focused When I’m done → I go sew And I swear… I get MORE done because I’m like: “okay finish this and you can go make something” 😂 Not even kidding… it works so well. Curious… Do you have a “reward” thing you do after work?(or are you also in your sewing/crochet era like me 😏) Let me know 👇 PS… if you wanna see what I’ve been making lately 😏🧶 → Brindleyn Studio

(You know… the ones who are done relying on the algorithm and actually want visibility that works) Send them the link. Invite them in. Bring good people into good rooms ✨ This space is all about: → growing your email list → getting in front of new audiences → and actually building momentum through collaboration (not just more content) If you’re here… you’re in the right place 💫 Let’s grow this thing together.

When bundle hosts ghost
Tl:Dr - it all worked out! Moral of the story: have an SOP for applying for events and a way to track details. Goat, I’m Melody Gaynor and I’m new to this space. I LOVE collabs and participating in events! Bundles, summits, guesting on podcasts. You name it, I LOVE IT! Ok if you happen to be in the same accountability/coaching group as me then you heard my plight on this weeks call. I’m accepted to a bundle. It’s SO PERFECT for me I could SCREAM! 🥳🥳🥳 Annnnndddd due to tech snafus and not knowing better, the freebie link I sent for this bundle could very well be broken. (Where is a GIF of someone bitting their nails over and over like a cartoon character eating corn on the cob?!?!?!) I have an email from the host that says “Congrats you’re in!” And another that says “here’s how you should promote the event”. I’ve responded to both, a solid week apart and… CRICKETS. Did I make the subject line stand out? Yep. I added the word URGENT before the Re: in the subject line. On my coaches weekly call I was reminded of the Hunter extension that we used during podcast pitching Get it Done Week to find any additional email addresses on her site. YES! What a great idea! One of the coaches also helped me find the hosts Personal Facebook page. I’ll try emailing both addresses one more time… Wait 24 hours and if I don’t hear anything (since the bundle starts FRIDAY) I’ll message her on Facebook. Ok good, I’ve got a plan and a new all encompassing SOP for my next bundle applications. Today I got an email back from the bundle host. She’s a one woman show and emails were going into spam and all the things and she’s sorry and here’s early access so you can check all your things. Ok, cool. Lesson learned. New SOP created and 1 column added to my bundle tracker which will be a link to the Google Doc where EVERYTHING from my application to that bundle will be kept as well as anything that’s not already part of the tracker. Please, please, PLEASE learn from my “Learning Experience” and have an actual process when applying for events/bundles/summits/podcasts!

Showing Up Without Losing Your Mind 😅
This is how I show up without getting overwhelmed… Not perfectly… not everywhere… just intentionally. Here’s what it looks like for me: • Morning check-in (my own group first) • Post something simple • Reply to comments Then… • Pick 2–3 other groups • Show up on purpose (not scrolling aimlessly) I don’t try to be everywhere anymore. I’ll do: • 1 intentional post a week (based on group rules, vibe, etc.) • Come back later and reply to comments • Engage in a few conversations that actually matter And then I’m out. Once a day. Not all day. Because that “too much” feeling? Yeah… that’s what makes people disappear. This keeps me consistent… without burning out. AND… Let’s be real… A lot of groups allow you to share freebies and offers 👀 But the key? 👉 Share while you’re serving 👉 Be authentic (people can feel it when you’re not) 👉 Actually want to help someone get a result That’s when it works. Not when you drop a link and vanish. ----------------------------- Curious… Are you someone who shows up consistently…or do you hit that “too much” wall and disappear? No judgment either way… I’ve been both 😅 Tell me below 👇
