Happy Sunday Y’all!
Sundays are a good day to rest, repose and prepare for the upcoming week. They’re also a good day to count our blessings and be thankful for the week that just past. I’m so grateful that I was able to upload my book to Amazon KDP. It’s in review status now and needs a minor thumbnail fix but it’s the culmination of an almost three year journey. I’ll share more later but I just want to say thank You Father and encourage everyone to continue to press on. I’m using my Frankincense and Myrrh blend to stay grounded and grateful. How will you spend your Sunday?

Today’s a recovery and planning day. I spent Thursday/Friday volunteering at my kids school (Friday was Spring Carnival) and yesterday was Taekwondo. I like to use Sunday to recuperate from a busy week and set myself up for the week ahead.

@Pat Terrell For sure! I made so many new friends last week, I’m slowly making my way back through notifications making sure I didn’t miss anything.
If You’ve Been Pushing Through… This Is For You
Some of you are holding more than anyone realizes. You’re answering messages. Making decisions. Keeping things moving. But your mind doesn’t really turn off. Even when the room is quiet. It keeps going. Replaying. Planning. Holding. And your body feels it. That pressure behind your eyes. The tightness in your chest. The kind of tired that sleep doesn’t quite fix. You’re not imagining it. And you’re not weak for feeling it. Your system has just been “on” for too long. I see you… and I understand what that feels like. 🌿 A gentle place to land: Choose one oil that feels soft and calming (lavender is a good place to begin). Diffuse it, or place 1–2 drops on a cotton pad nearby. (not directly on skin undiluted) Sit for a moment. No deep breathing technique. No pressure to do it “right.” Just let the scent reach you. Because scent speaks directly to the part of your brain that decides if you’re safe. Before the thoughts. Before the effort. And sometimes… that’s where the shift begins. You’re allowed to soften a little here. You don’t have to hold everything at once. — Reflection: What would it feel like to let even 5% of the tension go right now?
