Some of my thoughts - the things I should get clarity on are my essence and frequency and the kind of world I'm inviting people into, especially the values guiding that world. That offers, "ideal customers" etc are secondary (at least to me right now), if the frequency is clear enough it will magnetize the right ppl. - I LOVE IVAR ok. - I've been reminded of how fundamental embodiement is (the vibration part of IVAR?) to actually be able to tap into the wellspring of ideas and create authentically. If I'm just treating it like a chore to get done with my energy bodies offline I might as well ask AI to do it. I'm inspired to integrate more embodiement practices in my daily routine - surprised by how much I'm actually sensoring myself before even creating or posting stuff. This morning I wrote a piece about making crumble pie and Rudolf Steiner's thoughts on refining thinking by using your hands, and then another piece about sound being the first and last sensory element to be experienced (in the womb and when systems shut down in the dying process) and I guess both pieces reflect the underlying value in my world that the sensory world is THE pathway to other dimensions but my kneejerk reaction is that I don't want to be to random with what I post - interest media vs social media makes me think about each piece differently. every social media post should be able to stand alone as a work of art? still mulling over that one - tomorrow I'm signing the lease for a new business studio and feeling inspired to film some content just showing the house, it's a really beautiful old house with a lot of history and maybe some hungry ghosts hovering in the ceiling corners... the house is part of my world so I can show it. Love that it doesn't have to be more complicated than that

I couldnt attend the calls yesterday but I am doing the thing, journalling and posting stuff! Find journaling super helpful and wish I had thought of that sooner. Feels so liberating to be completely unhinged in my writing and make zero sense even to myself and to see the potential gold in some of the ideas being channeled in the writing.
4/21 KIDS IN THE CLASSROOM
Volume Over Perfection. Why this matters There's a story in the book Art and Fear about a ceramics teacher who split his class in two. One half was told to produce one high quality piece. The other half was told to just produce as much work as possible. At the end of the semester, all the best work came from the volume group. What this means When we take the pressure off needing to be perfect or incredible, we get to just practice. We do the thing, we learn how to do it, and the more we make, the more likely we are to make something good. How to apply it The principle is simple: make something first. You can make it good later. Don't wait for the perfect idea or the perfect take. What's next That's the challenge here. Just make stuff and put it out there. It's allowed to be shit. It's allowed to be boring. Just get out there and make something.

Love the story! To me its the ”put it out there” that is super activating, I make a lot of boring shit art that rests on my computer😅i feel like i wanna have some discernment around what to share? (But also as i’m writing this I realize I have like 100 followers on my Instagram so who cares haha)
1/21 MONDAY TRANSMISION: CLARITY
Social media tells us to build a brand. But a brand is a corporate idea. It works for something like Mercedes-Benz because companies don't need to hold contradictions. You're different. You're a living person with different interests, experiences and perspectives. But you're not just building a brand, you're building a world. I heard a musician describe the moment he understood world-building. He walked into an art exhibition and wasn't that impressed until he stepped into a full reconstruction of an African grandmother's lounge room. The rugs. The record player. The typewriter with a sentence left unfinished. The colours. Even the smell. It instantly reminded him of his own grandmother's house. That's world-building. We're not trying to create a logo and a tagline. We're creating a world people can step into and immediately recognise. They understand the values, the culture and the way things work. WHAT CLARITY IS Clarity isn't just an idea. It's a signal. Your message isn't only what you teach. It's how you look, how you sound, the emotions you evoke and the world people experience when they encounter your work. You don't need to compete with Nike. Artists don't compete like Olympic runners. Nobody argues whether Björk is better than Kendrick Lamar because they're not doing the same thing. You have a perspective nobody else has lived. Your experiences, taste and way of seeing the world are unique. Clarity is self-knowledge. It's finding the details that capture your world. The colour of your grandmother's cushions. The music playing in the background. The small things that make your work unmistakably yours. HOW TO FIND IT Spend time with these questions. - What do I want people to feel when they engage with my work? - What cause would I dedicate my life to? - Who do I feel called to serve? - What hill would I die on? - What books, films and music shaped my worldview? - What values do the people in my world share? This isn't a one-week exercise.

This was so good! "you will have content for years" indeed if I crack this code it feels like I will.

@Dane Tomas Also feel like this transmission adressed my assumption that I have to only talk directly about offers which makes me contract around the fact that I don’t want to tell ppl exactly what experience they are going to have if they buy from me… What im with right now though is the ”the therapist should be a projection screen”/no self disclosure norm in the psychotherapy world which I do think was more valid at the turn of the last century when all Freud’s patients were bourgeoisie wives from the same neighbourhood in Vienna - they already lived in the same world.
THE 21 DAY CHALLENGE
OY! Hope you didn't think we were just going to learn some cool concepts, did you? The purpose of this course is for you to get practice. What the challenge actually is: post one video a day on the internet for 21 days. I know what you're thinking, that's a lot. It's not. We're not trying to go viral, we're not trying to win any kind of internet challenge. We just want one short video posted every single day for 21 days. I don't care if no one watches it. I don't care if it's not on brand. I don't care if you've done this before. Just post. The point is to practice the art of sharing our ideas, putting them out into the world, and letting go. If you're in, I want to hear it. Comment below: challenge accepted.
