Replying to Thomas Oscar’s question- -How easy she was to talk to-how quickly she offered a resolution that an agent I consulted with through another event, never mentioned. I booked an hour and it was well worth it. She is intuitive with advice-based on her experiences. I was very impressed and will be scheduling a follow up call to review my changes in the story and two other stories I have. It takes a village!

Hi there, I am Ellen Carroll from the Eastern Shore of Maryland.. I write and illustrate children’s picture books. So glad to join this group and wish everyone great success in sharing their tales. I have several books out to query and I am self publishing an early reader book phonetic reader on Amazon KDP, Good Day Gator, which should be listed in a few weeks. I purchase 10 at a time as well from Bowker for my picture books. If you use Amazons it handicaps your options outside of their world. When you pay for your ISBNs you are in control of the book , and any future decisions.
