Gather the tools. They are all spread out and the client does not know anymore where they are so finding them could take a lot of effort. I will have it done by Friday 14th
August Reflection #1
Wednesday Reflection: Locking In. Keep your answers short, one short sentence each or one word if possible. What is your goal for August? and what are your 3 action items that will move you closer to your goal? Of your 3 action items what's the one that will have the most impact on reaching your goal? What is a reasonable timeframe for you to complete this action item? What obstacles might you encounter? How can we avoid/prepare for these obstacles? What resources can you use to help you? August Challenge #1
Monday Challenge: Locking In If You Don't Set the Direction, Urgency Will The Problem: Open your calendar from the last two weeks. How much of your time was spent moving toward a meaningful goal vs. putting out fires? Don't let urgency disguising itself as productivity. The Reality: If you don't intentionally choose your direction, your calendar/the fires will choose it for you. The Challenge: Before the week ends, write down: - Your desired outcome you want to create by the end of August, your goal.   - The next three actions that will actually move you toward that goal.   Not twenty actions. Three. Pick the top three things you can do to make the most progress toward your goal. Accountability: Tell us in the comments 1. Your Goal by the end of August. 2. Your next three actions to move you toward that goal.

July Reflection #4
Wednesday Reflection: Listening is Measured in Conversations Keep your answers brief, one-word answers if possible. Did you follow through? If Yes: Step outside of yourself and consider the other person. How did showing curiosity effect the other person? How did showing curiosity effect the conversation? If No: Look inside of yourself. Why not? What would make this easier to follow through next time? What is your biggest takeaway?

Yes, it was very well recieved. It made them want to keep talking to me long after I was ready to be done with the conversation. It also set the tone for the next time I was in conversation with that person again. It was like they came into the next conversation with the feelings/perspective of the end of the last conversation. I felt like I didn't have to do all the ground work to get us into a friendly place again
July Challenge #4
Monday Challenge: Leadership Is Measured in Conversations The Truth: Leadership isn't tested during easy conversations. It's tested during uncomfortable ones. The Opportunity: Every difficult conversation is an opportunity. Not to prove you're right. To prove you're the kind of leader people can trust. The Challenge: During the next conversation that feels uncomfortable. When it's your turn to speak and after you've confirmed your understanding, ask one genuine question instead of making one extra statement. Lean in with real curiosity. We're adding to the July Challenge #3 (https://www.skool.com/jpmc/july-challenge-3?p=b34c4466), taking it one step further. Accountability: How will you remember to do this? How will you hold yourself accountable. Write one sentence in the comments.

I remembered to do this because I practiced my part of the conversation before I walked into the room.
