Reflection: Someone Who Decides
How much faster where you able to make your decision? Did it feel reckless, or impulsive? What changed for you? How would the leader you're trying to become respond?

Someone Who Decides
Think about the strongest leaders you've worked with. What was their relationship with decision-making? Do they make decisions confidently? Why? Now ask yourself: Where are you still acting like someone waiting for permission? Challenge: This week, make one decision faster than you normally would. Not recklessly, or impulsively. But without the extra rounds of overthinking. Trust your judgment. Accountability: How will you notice you're overthinking? How will you know when you have enough information to act but you don't have all the information?

Reflection: Progress Not Perfection
Did you take the action? If Yes: What happened? What did action teach you that thinking couldn't? How did action impact your clarity? If No: What fear showed up? What were you avoiding? Was something missing?

Progress Not Perfection
Where are you waiting for certainty before acting? What if certainty isn't coming? If you learned to act when you're 70% certain and you trusted yourself to refine your aim as you go, how much further along your path would you be one month from now? Challenge: Choose one low-stakes decision you’ve been waiting for certainty on and give yourself permission to make that decision when you’re ~70+% certain. Take one meaningful action before Wednesday. (Don’t wait more than 2 days to act) Accountability: Tell us, What action will you take? When will you take it?

Reflecting on: Am I Steering a Parked Car
Did you make the decision? If Yes: How confident did you feel before deciding? How confident do you feel now? What does this tell you about your need for certainty? If No: Are you still waiting because a lack of clarity or a lack of comfort? Would more information bring clarity to your next step or comfort?
