Hard truth: Trying to do it alone is slowing you down.
No real breakthrough happens in isolation. Growth is built through conversations, shared lessons, honest feedback, and real connection. The biggest shifts in my journey didn’t come from another strategy… they came from the right conversation at the right time. That’s why I value meaningful connections so much. Not surface-level networking, but genuine exchange that moves both people forward. So let me ask you: What’s one challenge you’re navigating right now that a fresh perspective could unlock? Drop it below. Someone here might have exactly what you need, and you might have what someone else needs too.

@Chika Prosper Great question, I’m glad you asked. Start by getting clear on one thing:What’s the main goal you want to achieve right now? Clarity comes first. Then we break it into small, consistent steps. What are you currently working toward? Let’s build from there.

@Chika Prosper That’s a great space to start. First, get clear on what problem you want to solve and who you want to solve it for. Don’t just chase products, understand the audience. Then focus on three basics: 1. Research a niche 2. Validate demand 3. Learn simple marketing What stage are you at right now, just exploring, or already testing something?
Quick Share for Anyone Serious About Leveling Up with AI
I’ve been experimenting with a few simple automations lately that have quietly saved me hours each week. Nothing crazy, just small systems that stack up and create momentum. If you're here to master AI-driven workflows, I’d love to exchange what’s been working. I’m always testing, refining, and learning from others who are doing the same. So here’s my question to kick things off: What’s one AI automation or workflow tweak you’ve made that instantly made your life easier? Let’s share the wins and help each other build smarter, faster, and more efficient systems.

@Hicham Char I love that, those small systems really do stack fast. For me, the biggest momentum boost came from automating product research + content generation into one seamless workflow. Once I set it up, it cut hours of manual work and made scaling so much easier. I’m always happy to share what’s been working for me if it helps others move faster. What other areas are you looking to simplify next?
Let’s Talk Real Wins, Not Just Theory
Hey Skool fam! I’ve been experimenting with different strategies lately , small tweaks, mindset shifts, and practical routines, and I’ve been seeing real results. Here’s the thing: I don’t believe in keeping these insights to myself. What’s working for me might spark a breakthrough for someone else here. So, I want to start sharing the real, actionable stuff, the things that are actually moving the needle, not just the stuff that sounds good in theory. Here’s my question for you: What’s one small change you made recently that actually made a difference? Let’s swap ideas, learn from each other, and grow faster together. Can’t wait to hear your wins!

@Kevin troy Lumandas Absolutely agree, keeping node names simple makes everything easier to understand and scale. One thing that’s been working well for me is using short, action-based names so I can spot issues faster and improve the flow without overthinking. It’s a small tweak, but it really boosts clarity when building bigger systems. What naming approach has been working best for you so far?
What are your GOALS✨
I was thinking about this lately - everybody starts with automations, finding first clients, you want to hit $10K/month.... and then what. I'm curious what do you guys plan for the future, a big consulting company, to be an educator, to build a SaaS...

@Vojin Rakonjac Great question, it’s something I’ve been thinking about a lot too. For me, after getting results with automations and helping a few people along the way, I realized the real opportunity isn’t just hitting $10K/month… it’s figuring out how to create something that continues providing value long-term. Right now, my focus is on sharing what’s been working for me so others can shortcut the struggles I went through. Long-term, I see myself building something hybrid, part education, part done-for-you systems, so people can learn and get real results without the overwhelm. I’m curious about your vision too, where do you see yourself going once you hit your first big milestone?
Day 55 Of Learning In Public! -> Created a Lead Reactivation Automation!
Today I started learning about Livekit, I started with some basics and its going well so far! Also today I created 2 projects which come under the Lead Reactivation Automation! One is Follow Up Sequence for Quoted-Not-Closed Leads, which is like they have booked an appointment and they are getting reminded to pay the Ammount before the Appointment! Another One was a Follow Up Sequence for Unpaid Invoices. I heard that many businesses just forget about people who dont pay their ammount after some time. They just forget about it and their money+time is GONE! So I have created a Follow-Up Sequence to get their money Back! Here there are 2 types of People: One are people who forgot to pay and another who were trying to get a free Appointment! I have no thoughts on the 2nd type but we can create some automation for them as well! Think of something like if they dont pay and start harrassing in the SMS, the agent will transfer the chats to the owner and they'll file a case to the Police(Thats not a good Usecase I guess🥲).. Anyways, Im focussing on the 1st Type of People and It should work well! I was using OpenPhone as my phone number provider and I changes it to Twilio because it was not compatible with ElevenLabs Conversational AI! Now, I need to connect the Twilio Number to my workflow, and start using it for the SMS integrations! Nothing Else For Today! #LearningInPublic #LeadReactivation #WorkflowAutomation #AIIntegration #Twilio #ElevenLabs #OpenPhone #VoiceAI #BusinessAutomation #FollowUpAutomation #Livekit #ProjectUpdate #SMSAutomation #DailyProgress

@Muhammad Arhan Great work, most businesses overlook how much money they lose from weak follow-up. What you’re building isn’t just automation, it’s revenue recovery. A few quick ideas you can explore: • Segment leads based on intent so reminders feel natural. • Add AI-personalized messages to boost response rates. • Create simple filters for low-intent leads so they don’t drain time. If anyone here is dealing with unpaid invoices or cold leads, feel free to share, I’ve helped many businesses recover hidden revenue with small workflow tweaks. Happy to chat.
