Vibrant 28 – Coming March 30 🌿
As I started mapping this out inside the platform and really formatting the classroom, I realized there were so many additional layers I wanted to include … from structured weekly focuses to recipe drops, movement libraries, mindset prompts, and sustainable habit tracking. Vibrant 28 was always meant to be more than just a quick challenge. It’s a complete 28-day reset - mentally, physically, nutritionally, and energetically. So instead of rolling it out partially, I’ve decided to launch it on its full intended start date: March 30. That gives me the space to organize everything properly inside the platform and create an experience that’s strong from Day One. In the meantime, I’ll be sharing sneak peeks and behind-the-scenes pieces as it comes together. If you’ve already shown interest, you’re exactly who I’m building this for 🩵 Spring reset is coming.

🎥 Top 5 Tips for Taking a Live Zoom Class
(No perfection required — just real life) 1️⃣ Light over looks You do not need to be photogenic — promise 😉 A little light goes a long way though. Try facing a window or turning on a lamp so I can see your movement (it helps me cue you safely!). 2️⃣ Camera angle = body check-in Set your camera so I can see most of your body when standing. Propping your phone or laptop slightly higher (instead of on the floor) makes a big difference. 3️⃣ You don’t need a big space All you need is room for a mat and your arms to move. That’s it. Small spaces are totally welcome here. 4️⃣ Backgrounds stay real Messy rooms, kids, pets, laundry piles — all allowed 😄 This is a real-life studio, not a photo shoot. 5️⃣ Show up as you are Bright room, dim room, camera on, camera slightly angled away — it’s all okay. The only thing that matters is that you show up and move your body. This is a community-based, live space, not a highlight reel. Thank you for being here and helping build something real 💛

Daisy decided that my yoga mat was for her use after Ignite class finished tonight. Lmao…so much for her bed being right there. I can definitely feel which areas are healing faster than others after the accident and where to be more gentle with still. But it still felt good to move.
An Invitation to Release
Sometimes what we see on the outside isn’t weakness or “poor posture” — it’s a nervous system that’s been in protection mode for too long. The body adapts by tightening, bracing, and holding… especially through the shoulders, neck, and upper back. Our bodies are designed for movement and flow — not constant tension. When we don’t move, breathe, or unwind fully, things can start to feel stuck. Restore focuses on slow, intentional movement, breath, and release — not to change how you look, but to change how you feel in your body. ✨ If your body has been craving this kind of reset, the February Restore Series is now open inside the platform. 👉 New here? Head to the Calendar, click on any Restore class this week or weekend, and register to join us.
