This is a structured starter path designed to help you understand how effective training and nutrition actually work. Inside this path you’ll learn: How to structure your training so every workout moves you forward How to hit your protein without overthinking it How to build habits that make you stronger, leaner, and more capable By the end of the path you will know exactly what to do with your training and nutrition and whether coaching is the right next step for you.
