Better sweetener alternative
Hi Pip, I’ve been adding a small amount of honey to my overnight oats and coconut yoghurt. Is there a better alternative? Is pure maple syrup better? Thanks

Health Trackers
HI ladies, you will find downloadable health trackers in the Classroom section of Skool which are there for you to print out and fill in. I have a few more initial consults to conduct this week, then you will all have your plans ready to go. Next week we will have our first group meeting most likely on Monday afternoon despite the public holiday, just so I can onboard you here and you can ask me any questions about your treatment plan, if required. It will be recorded and uploaded into the Classroom if you can't make it, as will all sessions, and of course you can post questions here anytime and I'll answer here and/or address them in the catchup. Good luck to those who have started already! Pip x

Hi I’m Liz, 41, mum of two boys (10 &13), wife to a wonderful husband. I live in the Southern Highlands with my family and two sausage dogs. I own and operate a retail store in Bowral, which keeps me very busy and happy. I’m one of the lucky ones that have been able to turn a passion into a career. I have a very full life and haven’t been making the time for myself that I need to. So this is my first step.. I’ve struggled with weight issues my entire life. I have a hormone imbalance (androgen excess) and was recently diagnosed with Lipedema. In the past weight loss has involved insane amounts of exercise and very little food. I’m hoping I can find a good balance that keeps me in consistent good health. I just want to feel better and keep up with my boys.
