💙 A little Group 1 win to celebrate...
One of our beautiful ladies has now lost 3 kg, 8.5 cm from her upper waist and 14 cm from around her belly button in just three weeks. 🥹 What makes me smile most isn't the number on the scales—it's what those changes represent. I've actually been asking her to eat more, not less. No calorie counting, no over-exercising (she hasn't even started an exercise program yet!), just nourishing her body, stabilising her physiology and addressing the underlying drivers. When your body feels safe, supported and has what it needs, it often stops fighting you. This is exactly why we focus on health first. Weight loss is often a side effect of a happier, healthier body—not the goal itself. I can't wait to see what the next few weeks bring for everyone. 💙

Welcome
Welcome to Renew You Foundations Group 2! I completed all the initial assessments this week and will be sending your plans out over the next few days. A few things: - You can message me on WhatsApp anytime you like on 0423008311 - I will try to keep response time to work hours only but sometimes can't help myself and find if I reply as soon as I can I'm less likely to forget to respond altogether. - Whatsapp is for questions that you don't think the rest of the group needs to know eg if you're in the supermarket wanting advice, or supplement dosage questions. Otherwise I encourage you to post in Skool if the others may benefit. - I do check Skool daily so please post as much as you like, including any wins - my favourite messages! - You'll find downloadable health trackers in the Classroom section, plus some links to my favourite exercise equipment. - Please take your measurements over the weekend (tracker in the Classroom) so we have a starting point. Take them first thing in the morning, before eating, ensuring you do the high waist (smallest part) and the belly button area. If you are prone to bloating, please take the measurements again in the evening. - Finally, if you can introduce yourself below that would be fabulous - include any interests and, if you're comfortable, share your goals. Excited to get you started! Pip :)

My questions are: where is the fish sourced from and is it wild-caught?
Tonight
Ladies, looking forward to tonight. Please have a good think about these 3 questions and send me your trackers beforehand: - What's improved? - What's still not shifting? - What's the one priority until next week? Feel free to post wins in the chat too. For any of you who need more a bit of extra time I'll jump on a call with you this week.
