Restarting at day 25, I got Off course and distracted by other things. I will stay intentional today on my meal times , and plan for the day. My behavior agreement is no sabotaging myself!
Day 23 ✅ I’m not sure if I have an invisible loop that I can think of. I was wondering if avoidance, ignoring, or procrastinating knowing that I need to do something but I just don’t do it so I avoid it all together? @Amy Ledin
