Fun fact: this is Brandon Lakes song! Was released as a solo. Jelly roll heard it and was like bro 👊 and so they collaborated and released it!

Virtual Service Replay - Snow Day Worship
So, here's a replay of our Virtual Service in case you missed. What were your takeaways? What did you enjoy? What could have been done better? What did you experience as God moment?

Takeaway: when you can’t hear God that’s when you know something is happening You have to perceive differently than with your eyes. Enjoyed: as always the fact that you make biblical text relatable to today! What could have been done better: nothing from my perspective (no pun intended). God moment: confirming that just because I don’t hear God doesn’t mean he’s not working. He wants me to be ok in my little bowl as he’s pouring ians overflowing and leading me to a bigger tank! And I need to continue to just walk by faith and stay in his word and continue listening. I take MY perspective as being content as Paul wrote” I have learned to be content whatever the circumstances.” For me that’s the meaning of perspective here that I am relating to. God is working on more but for now I must be content and continue going and growing in Him to get to my beyond
This morning service
That was very nice. I really enjoyed it this morning. Thank you Pastor Riddick and Dr.S. Riddick for coming out and continuing to share the word with us this morning.

Day 5 Fast - Seeking Direction
DAY 5 – Seeking Direction Scripture: Ezra 8:21–23 Then I proclaimed a fast there, at the river Ahava, that we might humble ourselves before our God, to seek from him a safe journey for ourselves, our children, and all our goods. For I was ashamed to ask the king for a band of soldiers and horsemen to protect us against the enemy on our way, since we had told the king, “The hand of our God is for good on all who seek him, and the power of his wrath is against all who forsake him.” So we fasted and implored our God for this, and he listened to our entreaty. Word for the Day: Direction Biblical Background: Ezra proclaimed a fast to seek God’s protection and guidance for the journey ahead. Practical Meaning: Fasting sharpens our spiritual discernment and clarifies direction. Going Beyond Tip: Bring one major decision before God today and wait for His guidance. Daily Prayer: Lord, guide my steps and order my decisions. As I humble myself before You, show me the way I should go. Amen.

Learning that when you need direction the Bible is the place to go! I am so thankful for all the leadership at GBC! I have always struggled with taking scripture and relating it to me and my oh my everyone who has ever preached a word I can relate to me and my life! I said all that to say I don’t know what God is up to but I feel something stirring in me and I am seeking Him to order my steps.
Private Discipline.
My takeaway from this mornings Devo was: Private not Secret. I don't feel the need to carry a flag that reads I'm fasting. However, I will shout from the sidelines telling the world, how great it is to walk with Jesus.

Well I was way behind in time today so I made a post shouting the fast 😅 BUT I went back an edited. The only people who know are in my house. (And anyone who saw the post lol) And since 2023 I think when I and my mom moved in together the word PROVISION was spoken over us and everything big or small we say provision and thank you God.
