William Carey is a shoemaker maker who was dedicated to missions in India. After being told he was foolish for trying to convert an uncivilized people, he persisted for 7 years seeing no conversions, to keep ministering and translating the Bible for what others called “heathens”. He saw disease take his family members, and hardships come yet he stayed his course. Eventually people were saved. Lives were changed because he did not quit. “Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.” ‭‭Galatians‬ ‭6‬:‭9‬ ‭NIV‬‬ TRANSFORMING MOMENT Comment below your thoughts and the assignments in your life that have made you want to quit but instead you have persisted. https://bible.com/reading-plans/78128/together/82802263/invitation?token=0tFKWwhFlF9ZY7R0-AkbMg&source=share

Mary was known for courage and because of David Livingston she was compelled to leave her home and live among a diseased and warring tribal nation. She talked them down from fighting and saved babies (twins were thought to be cursed) that were twins from death. “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the LORD your God will be with you wherever you go.”” ‭‭Joshua‬ ‭1‬:‭9‬ ‭NIV‬‬ TRANSFORMING MOMENT Comment below your thoughts and want area of your life can you show more courage? No Box Thinking Day 1 - George Muller cared for over 10K orphans but used unconventional fund raising. He once prayed in a house empty of food and God brought bread from A baker and had the milkman breakdown in front of his house to prove that He would supply his needs. There are other highlights from his story but I marvel at how God could cause what seems to be a tragedy and use it for someone else’s good, while I also commend Muller on faith enough to trust God for provision. He lived out “And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus.” ‭‭Philippians‬ ‭4‬:‭19‬ ‭NIV‬‬ TRANSFORMING MOMENT: What does his story inspire in you?
