☕ Coffee?
[ROAST MY LESSON] I'm not a nutricionist and any advice I do on that should not be taken seriously. But I once heard from a fitness expert the advice on delaying caffeine. That means, drinking coffee later on the day, not at the early morning. And I'm sharing this because it works wonders for me. If I take coffee in the early morning, it's a guarantee that my cortisol will drop by the afternoon and that will start a cicle of addiction where I'll just keep increasing the dosage week after week to keep my energy levels up. On the other hand if I resist the temptation to drink in the early morning, when my cortisol is naturally high and instead do some exercise, I'll only need a small dosage at the late morning or early afternoon to keep my energy levels stable for the whole day. Anyway everyone has a different body. I took this advice, experimented and saw how it better applies to my own life.

@Paulo Costa, The Roaster 😂 I like that you started with “I’m not a nutritionist” and then immediately dropped a full caffeine theory. The personal experiment angle makes this feel much more believable though. One thing I’d question is the “guarantee that my cortisol will drop” part, because that sounds more definitive than the rest of the lesson. I’d probably make the lesson more about what you actually observed after delaying coffee, since that’s the strongest part of the story. Curious, how long did you actually experiment with this before noticing a difference?

Roast The Repairable Continuum
Pretend you clicked an ad because you're in a relationship where the same problems keep returning and you don't know whether to keep trying. You know nothing about Love Is a Verb. Review this landing page as a cold visitor. Within the first 10–20 seconds: What do you think the Repairable Continuum does? Who do you think it's for? What would make you hesitate to pay $39? What information feels missing, and what feels like too much? One additional question: If I described what I'm offering as “discernment,” what would that word mean to you? Would you understand what I was offering, or would I need to explain it? The Repairable Continuum™ | Love Is a Verb™

@Paulo Costa, The Roaster I really like the point about needing to know who’s behind an info product before buying. I think that’s especially true when the product is tied to something as personal as relationships. Do you think having more of the creator’s story/personality on the landing page would help with that trust gap?

@Ann Clark 😂 Okay, I think the page makes sense now, but my brain definitely needed a few seconds to catch up with the “Repairable Continuum” name. As a cold visitor, I’d probably think: “Okay, my relationship keeps repeating the same problems… but what exactly am I getting for the $39?” 😅 The problem and audience become clearer as I scroll, but I’d love to see the actual end result earlier, because that would make the whole thing feel much more tangible. Also, “discernment” sounds smart, but I honestly wouldn’t know what it means here without reading the explanation 😂 Have you considered putting an example of the final summary/output near the top?
Roast and Promote
Hi 👋 Everyone My name is Ja'Nai, I'm new here to this community. I just launched my own community today for child care and foster care. An educational resource and upcoming provider membership. However, I'm also learning about skool. And all the other members here, I'm excited to be here. I like the concept roast and promote. That's funny because I always watched the roast on comedy central. https://www.skool.com/ggs-childcare-community-2768/about

Hey Ja’Nai, welcome! 👋 The childcare + foster care angle is really interesting, especially with the provider membership you're planning. What made you decide to build the community in the first place?

One thing that stood out to me is the difference between the community itself and the production service. I can see how someone landing here might not immediately know whether they're joining to learn how to go live or getting the technical side handled for them. Americo, has that distinction been clear to people who actually join, or is that something you're still testing?
