Pressure on offense
Is there anyway I can deal with pressure on offense from a defender? And how can I improve my dribbling

To improve your handle I’d start with some stationary ball handling drills, there’s a bunch of simple ones on YouTube, as you get better you can start working on manipulating the ball. But the main focus should be ball control.
Dunking
So I just recently started training to get my vertical higher to eventually try to be able to dunk. anybody got any tips?

Guide hand
I used the ai jump shot analyzer, and got these two critiques, the elbow is just repetition, but I the guide hand one, I don’t exactly understand what I’m doing wrong, if anyone can help based off just the text that would be amazing.

Intro
Hello! I’m a 6ft freshmen, combo guard. Currently doing online school. I’m here to get advice on my game, and track my progress. Next year I have lofty goals of making varsity, and actually playing, at a public school next year. Short term goals/improvements are to work on my body specifically explosiveness, vertical leap, and conditioning.

@Mark Hallman while you’re here, I haven’t played on an organized basketball team in two years so I don’t have any film of me, or games I’ve been in to study. Is watching film breakdowns of NBA players effective in improving my iq/game?
