Hi, I am going through the classes. Are there any examples of sms scripts? For KPI's, I see 5000 sms every other day. And for those that work a 9-5 to check for leads in the morning and at night. Is there anything else here for guidance. Like how many leads typically to a deal? Also, I have started to text blast again and am up to 2000 sms a week so will definetly step it up. I have had a few sellers say they are going to sue me or report me. Is this something to be concerned about? I used to text blast in 2022 and about 10,000 cold sms texts to get a deal was typical then. Any recommendations for marketing lists? Thanks
