I am feeling very motivated but it's bordering on the side of overwhelm. My main goal for the week is to finish setting up the skool course for Joyful Family Cooking. Today I am grateful my daughter work up in cheery mood and was a delight to get out the door for school.

We are almost to Friday!! Final stretch!! What was ur biggest set back so far this week?? ๐Ÿ’›Tip: Write It Down (Somewhere You Can See It) Don't trust your brain to remember "important" thingsโ€”it's got too much else going on. Use sticky notes or put your keys right on top of your shoes so you literally can't miss them.

Tip: Stop trying to force the whole "bloom" at once; today is just about choosing one single project or habit to "plant" in your schedule. ๐ŸŒฟ Since the universe is in a perfect 50/50 balance, focusing on one thing prevents your energy from leaking and ensures the new code actually sticks. ๐Ÿ‘๏ธ
