Over time, the group has unfortunately become overrun with promotions, rules haven’t been followed, theme days have been abandoned, and meaningful engagement has dropped. Many people are posting purely to promote and leave — and that is not what this community was built for. This space was created to be: ✨ Valuable ✨ Supportive ✨ Engaging ✨ Community-driven Not a 7-day-a-week promo board. 🚨 WHAT’S CHANGING (EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY) We are officially going back to DESIGNATED PROMOTION DAYS ONLY. ✔️ All promotions must be posted inside the official promo threads ❌ No more daily promotion posts ❌ No standalone promo posts outside of promo threads ❌ No ignoring theme days If you promote outside of the designated promo threads, your post will be removed. Your Brand Kit is the foundation of everything. If this isn’t set up properly, consistency will always feel hard. Must-haves: ✅ Upload all logo variations • Primary logo • Icon/submark • Transparent versions (PNG) ✅ Choose 3–5 brand colours • 1–2 Primary colours (main identity) • 1–2 Secondary colours (supporting) • 1 Accent colour (CTAs, highlights, buttons) 👉 Pro Tip: Add HEX codes so your colours stay identical across all designs. ✅ Select 1–2 brand fonts • Headline font (bold / eye-catching) • Body font (clean & readable) ✅ Upload brand assets • Brand photos • Textures or patterns • Backgrounds or overlays you reuse often 🔹 2. Create & Save Branded Templates (Your Time-Saver Zone) Templates = speed + consistency. If you design something twice, it should be a template. Core templates to create: ✅ Instagram posts • Quotes • Educational/value posts • Carousel layouts ✅ Story templates • Polls & engagement • Promotions • Testimonials & social proof ✅ Reels & video covers • Branded thumbnails • Hook text overlays ✅ Business assets • Email headers • Blog graphics • Pinterest pins ✅ Product visuals • Ebook & workbook mockups • Course covers • Freebie graphics 👉 Goal: You should be able to create content in minutes, not hours. 🔹 3. Design for Consistency (This Is What Builds Trust) Consistency = credibility. Brand rules to follow: ✅ Use the same font sizes for headings, subheadings & body text ✅ Keep spacing & padding consistent across designs ✅ Stick to your brand colours unless using a specific campaign theme ✅ Use the same mockup style, filters, or image treatment ✅ Add your logo or watermark subtly when needed
