Sad News: This is Berlins last week as a mentor for us :(
Everyone knows that Berlin is an amazing mentor with a HUGE heart. She's a beacon of light for everyone who comes in contact with her. Losing her is no small thing and she will be SO missed! This will be her last week doing calls in our paid monthly membership program. :( However, we always want to support all our amazing mentors who get new opportunities! So, please join in with me in wishing Berlin good luck with the next phase! Let's celebrate her. Oh Berlin - I am going to miss you so much - even if I have not been very present as of late. You have been such an encouraging, engaging, and inspiring mentor. The way you raised us up and got us talking to one another was incredible. Wishing you so much success in whatever venture is drawing you away. I hope you always know that you have a gift as a an artist and a mentor and that you have left a legacy of love behind you. I am sad you are leaving but hopeful that you are continuing to grow into greatness,

New Years Solutions.
This is the year we fight back. We fight. We battle our demons. Maybe we battle the part of us that scrolls social media instead of making music. Maybe we battle the part of us that overthinks everything. Maybe we battle the voice that says we can’t. Maybe we battle the distractions that pull us away from our goals. Maybe we battle the feeling that we don’t belong. Maybe we fight the voice that always says, “Maybe tomorrow.” And all of us are fighting against a soulless, artificial world. The world is in a strange place right now. It needs your voice. It needs your art. It needs your passion. There are people out there who need to be inspired, and you’re the only one who can do it. Or maybe you’re an engineer. There are artists who need you to help bring their voice to life. And you’re the one who can do it. This is the year we fight back.

New Logic Compatibility
Hi all, I’m just wondering if I’m safe updating my Logic yet? I’m on a MacBook Pro 2019 i7 running Ventura 13.7. I’m currently using Logic Pro X Version 11.0.1. Am I safe upgrading to Logic 11? T.I.A

@George Legion Otigbah AP as in logic application- renamed the old one before importing the new one- that way you can go back to the old with no problems if needed at the outset. The question about your intel chip is legit so wait for more feedback from someone else

@George Legion Otigbah I can only speak to my particular scenerio. I renamed the Logic X Ap and kept it in the same location in the ap folder. I then uploaded Logic 11 into the Ap folder. Both versions are present. I'll probably remove the old version at this point since I've have had no issues with the new version. If you don't have enough space then that might be a problem, but I don't know what moving things around would do.

Kinda did a thing over the weekend
So I’ve finally met my boiling point with avvid. I’ve decided that the subscription just isn’t worth it for me and seems kinda of point less . I’ve been using pro tools for a while now and certified in it but I’m really loving Logic Pro x …

I had to make this transition as well - and I am so glad I did! It is useful to have the background knowledge of PT and interesting to learn the different ways they achieve similar ends. For Mac users logic makes sense!
