What's one small thing your body is asking for this week?
We talk a lot about what we should do for our wellness. But what if we paused and asked: 𝙒𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙙𝙤𝙚𝙨 𝙢𝙮 𝙗𝙤𝙙𝙮 𝙖𝙘𝙩𝙪𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙮 𝙣𝙚𝙚𝙙 𝙧𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩 𝙣𝙤𝙬? Your body is wise. It's always communicating. Sometimes it's asking for rest. Sometimes it's asking for movement. Sometimes it's asking for nourishment, connection, or simply to be heard. This week, I want you to get quiet for just a moment and listen. 𝗝𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗺𝗽𝘁 Take 2 minutes and write about this: "𝙏𝙝𝙞𝙨 𝙬𝙚𝙚𝙠, 𝙢𝙮 𝙗𝙤𝙙𝙮 𝙞𝙨 𝙖𝙨𝙠𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙛𝙤𝙧..." Don't overthink it. Don't make it complicated. Just listen and write what comes. 𝗠𝗮𝘆𝗯𝗲 𝗶𝘁'𝘀: "My body is asking for more water and less caffeine." "My body is asking for a 10-minute walk in the sunshine." "My body is asking for permission to rest without guilt." "My body is asking for a warm cup of tea and five minutes of quiet." Whatever it is, that's your answer. That's your wellness focus for this week. Share one thing your body is asking for this week. (You don't have to share the whole journal entry—just one sentence is perfect.) Let's create a space where we're all listening to our bodies together. Your body's wisdom matters. Your needs matter. And honoring them—even in small ways—is an act of profound self-love. You've got this, friend. 💚

Tea & Talk for May tomorrow!!
Good morning, beautiful souls! Can we talk about how amazing it feels when we move our bodies in ways that actually feel good? Not forced exercise, not punishment, but joyful movement that leaves us energized instead of exhausted? This Saturday, we're diving into exactly that topic with our May Tea & Talk: "𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗠𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 - 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗟𝗶𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘁𝘆𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗯𝘀"🌸 What We're Exploring This Saturday Here's the truth about movement: It's not about forcing ourselves to go, go, go. It's about listening to our bodies, moving with intention, and finding that sweet spot where activity feels good and leaves us feeling vibrant. This month we're discovering: 🌿 How herbs can support our energy naturally (no jitters, no crashes!) 🌿 The difference between adaptogens and stimulants (gentle support vs. quick energy) 🌿 Simple recipes you can make in your kitchen to support your movement practice 🌿 Mindful movement rituals that connect body and breath 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲'𝘀 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗛𝗮𝘀 𝗠𝗲 𝗘𝘅𝗰𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗱... Our herb of the month is Calendula - and yes, we're talking about it beyond just skin care! Did you know it's literally called "the herb of the sun" in traditional herbalism? It's a vulnerary herb that supports tissue repair (perfect for after movement!), reduces inflammation, and brings that bright, joyful energy we all need as the weather warms up. I'll be sharing some simple recipes including a 𝗣𝗿𝗲-𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗘𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝘆 𝗧𝗲𝗮 featuring ginseng, ginger, and calendula that you can try at home. These blends are designed to give you gentle, sustained energy without the crash. The Cozy Details When: This Saturday, May 2nd at 9 AM CST How Long: About 30-40 minutes of plant-powered movement wisdom Where: Right here in our beautiful Skool community What to Bring: Your favorite mug, an open heart, and maybe a notebook to jot down recipes! 𝗕𝗼𝗻𝘂𝘀: If you have any calendula, ginseng, or turmeric hanging around, bring them along! We might discover some beautiful DIY magic together. 𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗕𝗲𝗮𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗦𝗲𝗹𝗳 𝗦𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗝𝗼𝗶𝗻 𝗨𝘀

Monday Mindfulness - Start with Intention
Good morning, beautiful souls! ☀️ Let's start our week with intention, not urgency. Before you check your phone or rush into the day, take 3 slow breaths and ask yourself: 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗱𝗼 𝗜 𝘄𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹 𝗯𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗲𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸? That single question can shift everything. ✨ 𝑊ℎ𝑎𝑡 𝑖𝑠 𝑜𝑛𝑒 𝑤𝑜𝑟𝑑 𝑡ℎ𝑎𝑡 𝑑𝑒𝑠𝑐𝑟𝑖𝑏𝑒𝑠 ℎ𝑜𝑤 𝑦𝑜𝑢 𝑤𝑎𝑛𝑡 𝑡𝑜 𝑓𝑒𝑒𝑙 𝑡ℎ𝑖𝑠 𝑤𝑒𝑒𝑘? With Monday intention, 𝓐𝓹𝓻𝓲𝓵 𝓙𝓸𝔂 💜🌹 Stay positive and kind.

Wednesday Evening - What Are You Making Space For? 🌙
Sweet friends, as Wednesday winds down, I want to ask you something beautiful... 🌅 We've been talking about 𝙧𝙚𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙨𝙞𝙣𝙜 - releasing toxins from our bodies, releasing mental clutter, letting go of what no longer serves us. But here's the magic: When we release, we create space for something new. ✨ Nature detests a vacuum. When we clear out the old, 𝓈ℴ𝓂ℯ𝓉𝒽𝒾𝓃ℊ 𝒻𝓇ℯ𝓈𝒽 𝒶𝓃𝒹 𝒷ℯ𝒶𝓊𝓉𝒾𝒻𝓊𝓁 𝓃𝒶𝓉𝓊𝓇𝒶𝓁𝓁𝓎 𝒻𝓁ℴ𝓌𝓈 𝒾𝓃 𝓉ℴ 𝒻𝒾𝓁𝓁 𝓉𝒽𝒶𝓉 𝓈𝓅𝒶𝒸ℯ. 💚 Tonight's gentle reflection: As you release what no longer serves you this spring, what do you want to invite in? 𝗠𝗮𝘆𝗯𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂'𝗿𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 🌱 More energy and vitality 💭 Peaceful, loving thoughts 🌿 Deeper connection with yourself ✨ Joy in simple moments 💜 Self-compassion and grace For me? I'm making space for more presence. Less rushing, more savoring. Less doing, more being. 🌙 Share below - what beautiful thing are you making space for as you release the old? Let's dream together about what's possible when we clear out what's weighing us down! Remember, friend - you're not just letting go. You're making room for something even better. 🌟 Sweet dreams, beautiful soul. With evening grace, 𝓐𝓹𝓻𝓲𝓵 𝓙𝓸𝔂 🌿 Stay positive and kind. 💜🌹
