Day 5
What does your growth system for 2026 look like? Achievable…. I want to be able to set small attainable goals and accomplish them.
Day 4
This one really has me in a choke hold…. I just keep thinking of one particular area I want to focus on in my leadership roles… And transparency and priorities keep coming up?
In 2026, I am no longer carrying “Excuses”!
In 2026, I will no longer carry excuses. I will not tolerate excuses from co workers, family members, significant others, friends or peers. Your bad habits, bad behavior, etc. will no longer have a place with me. Because I will be working on eliminating “no excuses” in my own life. There will be no excuses for the old habits I’ve become so accustomed to. No more excuses for why I allowed negativity or something(s) or somebody to take me out of my character or loose focus. No more excuses for missing deadlines, or preparing and planning.
Let’s get to work.
What is one habit, mindset, or behavior you need to reset before January 1st. Name it. Write it. Post it below. Tagging a few of you to set the tone. @Corey Glenn @Cordelia Golden @John Fuqua @Daphne Roberts Your reset starts with honesty and action. Lead the way. Coach Mike

@Constance Scales-Bradley that’s a good one.
Day 2
The thing that drained me in 2025, was trying to juggle all the responsibilities of home, work and relationships in turn putting myself last.

@Constance Scales-Bradley thank you. It is on the top of things to do in 2026 for me… it’s time to prioritize!
