Shooting
I'm 12 years old I'm in sixth grade and I'm five feet tall. I've noticed that I can not shoot threes, its not like I'm not accurate or anything its just that I don't have enough power. I'm a really good mid-range shooter and I've been trying to work my shot up from there but do you guys have any tips on how to get more strength on my shot? (and please don't say switch too a push shot lol)

If you are only in sixth grade you shouldn’t change your mechanics to shoot from farther if they’re already solid. Prolly better to just jump a lil further on your shot but other than that’s it’s prolly just more reps.
Range
Any tips to shoot farther without looking goofy.

Shoot as far as you can without changing your form too much. Your base needs to stay the same, but just jump further. Your release point should get lower as you get further out but don’t let it get too low.

@Drew Holtrop just drop your hips slightly more and jump slightly further but if you are already at the three point line don’t worry bout it

Focus on explosive body weight training to build athleticism like sprints, bounds, low level plyos (stationary hops) high level plyos (depth drops). Lunges, isometrics, push ups, pull ups, and core work are all good weight alternatives for strength training. Bodybuilding excersizes will build muscle but you want sport specific strength and athleticism that carries over to basketball hope ts helps.
