Day 1 of The Year of Ease Summit is about one thing: regulation.
Not productivity.Not motivation.Not “getting yourself together.” Day 1 is for the people who are already tired. The ones who hold it together all day and then crash. The ones who know they need rest but don’t know how to access it. The ones whose bodies feel like they’re always braced, even when nothing is “wrong.” The theme of Day 1 is Release & Regulate. Across the day, the conversations and practices focus on things like: ✨ how stress actually shows up in the body ✨ what happens when pushing becomes your default ✨ emotional regulation in real, everyday moments ✨ creating a sense of safety without forcing calm ✨ why rest isn’t something you earn after burnout These are short, grounded sessions. No fixing. No forcing. No pressure to keep up. Day 1 is about helping your system soften enough to breathe again. If starting the year already feels heavy, this is the place to begin. ✨ Join The Year of Ease Summit HERE

I’ve been putting this together for a while, and I’m finally ready to share it. I’m hosting something called The Year of Ease Summit 🌿 It’s for anyone who feels tired of pushing, fixing, or trying to force a better version of themselves into the new year. This isn’t about motivation. It isn’t about productivity. And it definitely isn’t about doing more work on yourself. Over 3 days, I’m bringing together gentle, grounded sessions focused on helping you feel steadier in your body and calmer in your nervous system. The practices are short. They’re practical. And they’re designed to fit into real life. Inside the summit you’ll find: 💛 Body-based practices to calm stress and overwhelm 💛 Support for emotional balance and self-trust 💛 Space to pause, reflect, and reset your rhythm 💛 A reminder that you don’t need to try harder to feel better You don’t need to watch everything. You don’t need to “keep up.” Take what supports you and leave the rest. If you’re choosing ease this year, or even just curious what that could look like, you’re very welcome here. ✨ Join The Year of Ease Summit HERE

If you slowed down for 30 seconds right now, what do you think you’d notice?

@Patricia Terrell aww, that is so lovely x

@Jasmine Smith that is so common. Research has shown that when we stop doing things physically there are parts of the brain that become more active and our thinking actually goes up. So we are never resting as much as we think we are

Mine would be my consistency and visibility which I have improved. Getting my daily activities on Skool up to an average of over 200 a day has been massive and a lot of hard work

@Sara Fredrick thanks
Hitting overwhelm in winter
If you’ve been feeling more tired, more anxious, or more overstimulated lately… you’re not imagining it. Winter puts extra pressure on your nervous system. Lower light affects your mood and energy. Shorter days make everything feel rushed. There are more demands, more decisions, and more emotional load. It’s a season where your body is naturally asking you to slow down, yet life asks you to speed up. So you end up feeling: • easily overwhelmed • more reactive • low patience • mentally foggy • physically tense This isn’t a “mindset issue.” It’s your nervous system regulation being pulled in every direction. Your body is trying to protect you, not punish you. One thing that helps to try: Take a 60-second pause and let your exhale be slightly longer than your inhale. It signals safety to your body and softens the stress response. A tiny reset, but it works. If this season feels heavy, you’re not alone, and you don’t need to push through it on your own pace.

@Kelly Huskins it is incredible isn't it, just how quickly it can happen. I always notice on my videos that I am talking at speed, demonstrate breathing and then I am speaking at a different speed and tone
