Who's Interested in Medicinal Banana Wines?
Super simple to make yourself, and so much healthier than any off the shelf bottle you can buy. Bananas are insanely inexpensive in many places, especially when they're overripe and on sale. ;) Let me know if you have any preferences in the comments. At the moment I'm documenting the process of my latest batch, and I'll be turning it into a class and free PDF. TL;DR Bananas are insanely awesome for all but one type of the "A" blood type. I'm that type, but I still make this wine for the rest of my family who do not suffer such problems as myself. *heavy-sigh* LOLOLOL :) The Medicinal Stuffs When combined with herbs and spices to make a tonic, these health benefits are increased through 30ml-60ml "Shots." (No, after infusing the wines should not be drunk in normal wine quantities. Drinking wine quantities 'before' infusing is perfectly fine. lol) Here are the main health benefits of fermented bananas: - Significant Probiotic Boost for Gut Health: The fermentation process introduces beneficial, live microorganisms (bacteria and yeast) that act as probiotics. These help balance stomach acids, reduce inflammation in the gut, and can aid in treating conditions like irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). (all pro-biotic benefits are killed in commercial wines before bottling!) - Enhanced Digestibility: The fermentation process breaks down complex starches and sugars in the banana, making them easier for the body to digest. This reduces the strain on the digestive system and helps relieve issues like bloating. - Immune System Support: Because 80% of the immune system is located in the gut, the probiotics in fermented bananas directly support and strengthen the body's immune response. (Again, commercial wines kill all these benefits off before bottling) - Increased Nutrient Availability: Fermentation increases the availability of nutrients, such as vitamins A, B, C, and K, making them easier for the body to absorb. - Anti-inflammatory and Antioxidant Properties: Fermented bananas contain bioactive compounds, including antioxidants and phenolic compounds, that help reduce inflammation, fight oxidative stress, and may help detoxify the liver. - Supports Metabolic Health: Fermented foods can improve metabolism, helping the body regulate inflammation and improve overall metabolic function. - Blood Sugar Regulation: Due to the conversion of sugar during the fermentation process, fermented bananas (especially when fermented from greener bananas) may offer better blood sugar management compared to ripe, non-fermented bananas. - Reduction of Anti-Nutritional Factors: The process helps reduce anti-nutritional factors like phytates and oxalates, which can otherwise hinder nutrient absorption.ย

What do you currently use for joint pain?
Curious what you use for your joint pain, and when you use it most often. We have some icy-hot around here for some things. I'm knocking dirt out of vegging plant roots today for another batch of root oil. 100% rabbit fat this time, 'cause it's the only carrier oil I know that soaks right into the skin without essential oils.

I'm going to have to advertise...
There are definitely not enough Skoolers interested in what I have here. At least not in the way I'm presenting it. :) You're getting/got good value out of this so far, right? :)

OT1's Original "All About Bonsai Mums
Over 20 years ago a wonderful soul going by OldTimer1 posted some invaluable information. I've added a copy of the original information as a class, and I encourage all growers to view it. Bonsai cannabis plants require only an 8"x8" footprint, with the ability to keep 18 mums under a 4', 2-lamp T8 light. 18 mums can produce up to 9500 cuttings a year! :D All About Bonsai Mums (by OT1)

Root Oil Extraction Tech
I've made lots of THC/CBD topicals before, but nothing works like root oil extraction topicals. Within the roots of the cannabis plant are very powerful pain and inflammation reducers. Extracts made with oils that absorb into the skin are fantastic. Speed up healing by keeping inflammation at a minimum, sleep through the night while that joint injury is not painful, get things done right!
