I just got off the phone with a seller and we agreed on a price! This will be my first sale ever all i need is a buyer so we can continue the process today!

@Prompt Pros my contract states I can cancel any time before the 30 days inspection. but does that mean I can call the seller and verbally tell them that I will cancel the contract because I wasn't able to find a buyer or is it better to do it via email so that there are receipts

How long did it take you to get a contract signed? I just started today and went through 59 calls and only 1 answered but told me she doesn’t want to work with investors or realtors
