@Sins Pakdimounivong it told me Max was the owner of XLeads. When I told it about Zach Ginn it said there wasn't any proof he was the owner. I attached a YouTube video and it says "oof, that's my bad, you're right." Huh! It's literally given me the incorrect current date. It's a bit ridiculous the things it gets wrong.

Who's part of ISTL's coupon club? What are your thoughts about the platform? So far I'm not a fan. The majority of sellers I've talked to want retail prices, and of course they don't give refunds for those type of leads. Is anyone else having better luck with their leads?

@Ron BuysandSells I just had another today tell me they listed instead. It does only take 1 to make it worth it, so we'll see.

@Darryl Carter I just had another say they were listing it with an agent instead. I do have a lead with multiple properties they're wanting to sell, so that alone would be worth it.. the jury is still out.

New changes
Since when do you need to be at level 6 to have access to creative financing? It literally says in the description that it unlocks at level 3, but on the picture it now shows locked till level 6. Anyone else?
