We’re hiring a Collective Intelligence Analyst
This is a unique External Problem Solving collaboration within our Community Funded Research initiative, focused on the Community Industry. It’s fully remote, and we don’t care when or where you work, as long as you work when your brain works best. The workload is up to 4 hours per day because we know what cognitive overload from too much information and data feels like, as well as the emerging phenomenon of AI brain fry. Take exceptionally good care of your brain and keep it sharp as a razor. We believe protecting your mental energy is part of doing great work, not something you do after work. That’s also why we care about results, not hours. We don’t care whether you do the work yourself or use a team of AI agents. If you find a quantum hack and solve in 30 minutes what others would spend a week doing, you won’t be penalised for it. We care about quality, accuracy and usefulness. You remain responsible for the output, and the only thing we don’t tolerate is AI slop. GET PAID $2,000 PER MONTH TO HACK THE OLD SYSTEM WITH US We’re not hiring you to simply maintain what already exists. We’re looking for someone who wants to help us hack the old way of organising knowledge, talent and intelligence in the Community Industry. We’re building an open community where thousands of conversations, ideas, people, opportunities and signals are constantly being generated. The challenge is turning this chaos into structured collective intelligence that becomes more valuable over time. Your job is to help us find better, faster and smarter ways to solve this problem. You’ll help us continuously improve how we capture, organise, connect and extract value from what our members contribute. This includes: 1) Helping develop the 5 Levels of Community Investment Mastery by filtering through discussions created by our amazing members, identifying the valuable insights and hidden gems, and placing them into the right sections and subpages of the structure.

@Jakub Pacanda That’s exactly the part I want to explore further. I think the deeper problem isn’t just organising information, but making the intelligence compound without becoming dependent on the person who originally created the community. If the intelligence lives in the founder’s head, scattered conversations and an ever-growing archive, you have a lot of information but limited transferable intelligence. I’d think about CCR more like an evolving knowledge graph: People capabilities companies opportunities problems insights evidence outcomes. The interesting question becomes: what new understanding becomes possible because these things are connected? I’d also distinguish between information, intelligence and institutional memory. Information is what someone said. Intelligence is what we can infer from multiple signals. Institutional memory is what we’ve learned over time including what turned out to be wrong. That last layer is particularly interesting to me. The goal isn’t to build a bigger archive. It’s to build a system where the community continuously produces intelligence that compounds, remains transferable, and becomes more valuable over time. That’s the problem I’d genuinely enjoy hacking.

@Jakub Pacanda This is actually where I think the Collective Intelligence system becomes much more interesting. If the system only helps us organise what is already happening inside the community, we’re essentially building a better internal knowledge base. But if we can connect community intelligence with external signals investor behaviour, capital allocation, acquisition activity, objections from more conservative investors, emerging trends, etc.then CCR starts becoming a strategic intelligence layer. For example, instead of simply knowing that Boomers and Gen X control a large amount of capital I want the system to help us understand: What specifically makes them hesitate? Is it lack of understanding? Perceived risk? Lack of credible data? Liquidity concerns? Regulation? Trust in founders? Difficulty valuing communities? Previous negative experiences with digital assets? Then we can look for recurring patterns across conversations, investors, deals and market behaviour. That also connects directly to the problem you raised about transferability. If we can systematically capture not only what our community believes, but also why external decision-makers do or don't believe it, the collective intelligence becomes much more useful. It could eventually answer questions like: “What are the recurring reasons sophisticated capital doesn't take this segment seriously, and what evidence would change that?” That feels like a much more valuable research problem than simply producing another report about the industry. And I think there’s an interesting feedback loop here: Community signals structured intelligence, external research, identified gaps/objections,better questions, stronger community intelligence. The system then doesn't just document the industry. It helps the industry understand itself, and understand what the outside world still doesn't understand about it. That’s the kind of loop I will be interested in building.
