There is somatic yoga too and it is very emotional as well.... alot of hip work because that is where emotions are stored.. I was wondering if I should do yoga before breathe work or vice versa 🤔
some days i find some techniques don't work to the full extent so i'm open to trying different one's so what's one you love to use and find works for you, please? 🙏🏻
I use 3 different breath counts... 6second count Breathe in for 2 seconds Hold 1 second and breathe out 3 8 count is IN 3 hold 1 and out4 10 count is not easy but its IN4 hold 1 and out 5
