It's impossible to be "TOO MUCH" 🌟
Hello beautiful people✨ I saw a reel recently that said your "muchness" is simply who you are...and obviously I had to stare in wall for a minute after this realisation haha Because how many of us have spent years trying to make ourselves easier to accept? to be ess emotional, intense, less excited, to not be "that" ambitious, to be less “out there", less honest about what we actually want. And at some point I started thinking…wait, according to who? Who decided the correct amount of your energy? of your muchness? Who decided your dreams are too big? Who decided your personality needs to be toned down before you are allowed to be loved, accepted, or taken seriously? I really believe that what people call “too much” is often just your uniqueness before it has been fully accepted by you. And of course, this doesn't mean we stop being respectful or aware of others. But there's a difference between growing as a person and constantly editing yourself so you do not make anyone uncomfortable. Your muchness might be your gift to the right people 🎁 and your sensitivity might be the thing that helps people feel seen🌟 Your intensity might be devotion. Your weird ideas might be the start of something super iconic. Your desire for more might be the exact reason you are here. the people meant for you do not need the smallest version of you. They need the real one. I’m curious, have you ever felt like you were “too much” when maybe you were actually just becoming more yourself? 🤍

Your self-love is the N.1 priority💫
Hello everyone 🌱 as a former people-pleaser, I have to share with you one thought that came to me in the recent morning. So every morning, I do a little of my morning pages (usually part of my gratitude or just a brain dump). And as I was doing the gratitude recentely, besides the classic phrases, I started to be grateful for me. Simply for my way of being. and It was a little different type of gratitude, it felt (finally) like pure love, like I was no longer judging myself whatsoever. Instead of basic self-evaluation that I would feel few years back on daily basis, I felt support and deep acceptance of myself. And I realised that the reason I felt like that, was the beauty of taking ACTION for me. Not for my parents, not for my friends, not for haters, not for my mentor, not for anyone crossing by the street that I'm now looking at. No one else but me. You literally give out a different type of frequency once you do things that make sense to YOU. You literally glow. and so my morning realisation led me to give you this message - certainly, as each of us is little different, we might trigger genuine self love and self-acceptance different way (I'd love to hear from you what triggers your selflove🥹) - but...just in case...if you got caught In the daily rush of life, doing things for external validation, to make sure people and your closest ones are proud or at least not disappointed, I want to remind you that no one else is as close and as loyal to you as YOU. And you, truly, you, matter first. and this person deserves the love first. Self-love is actually a self less act. and I love seeing people daring to love themselves first.💕 I'm curious, have you been distant from your self-love recently?

@Christa Lovas I totally agree with you Christa, it's truly such a virtuous way of living, and gives us so much strength along the way too! We become like our own ally that doesn't need any external cues to say "alright, now, I'm worth it". 💌
The One I love
I've been watching movies lately instead of scrolling through YouTube. I found this movie tonight called The One I Love. Had me thinking of alternate versions of ourselves. I definitely believe in this concept because I've lost and found myself many times in my life. It seems like people like me better at the version I am now. The more grounded, peaceful me. I do miss the old me who was more charismatic and dressed more well um differently. The new me just wants to feel comfy doesn't really want to stand out. Someone did notice me though. He asked me if I played chess, which I found odd. I'd never spoke to this person to which I said "no why?" He then said "I don't know its just how you carry yourself like you have some special skill. I looked at him with a confused face. He then said "Do you paint?" I said yes and the convo went on about what I paint. But how could he see me, who I was? Its not like I was wearing a sign on me saying I have some special skill. I was just wearing sweat pants and a Tshirt of a cat wearing sunglasses, sipping coffee with the words standing on business.

Hello Athyna, I find your thought process truly beautiful, I think there are infinite versions of our realities and based on our beliefs and aligned actions, we simply align with the appropriate reality that we're ready for. This conversation with the man that approached you was maybe to show you something...I think only you know what that could be. But I'm just reading The Creative Act from Rick Rubin and...yeah he really made me sure that nothing happens out of coincidence. I'm curious about that older version of you...what feeling did she gave you that you'd like to awaken again within you? Because we can always cultivate any feeling or energy we desire, at least that's how I am always changing me according to my ideal self 💌

How I Stopped Overthinking Everything
Overthinking was one of the biggest things holding me back, but I had it completely wrong. I thought it meant I was having too many thoughts. That is not actually true. I was not thinking any more thoughts than anyone else. The real issue was that I was too attached to my thoughts. A negative thought or limiting belief would enter my mind, I would pour energy into it, and before I knew it I was overwhelmed, dysregulated, and stuck on the hamster wheel of my own mind. The thing that changed everything was learning to see thoughts as things. Just objects passing through my awareness, like my phone, my shirt, or my car. I started observing the thought, letting it go, and returning to what actually mattered. The more I practiced that, the easier it became to stay present and focused.

Thoughts on loneliness?
I feel super weird. Like I moved to a new city like 7 months ago and I’ve been super exhausted making friends Like I dont want this to be a reality, but I felt like 90% of my guy friends would eventually sabotage me and so I don’t have that many friends. I feel like dating feels strategic when I’m kind of just being me. Idk. Maybe others go through this too. I’ve been struggling with this for a while, just had some courage to talk about it. Interested to see your thoughts

Hey Adam, thank you for your vulnerability, that's a true strength to share with others💪I can truly relate to you since I've been through the similar situation few years back and can tell that loneliness or the feeling that you want to visit this cool event but have to one to tell, can be daunting. what comes to my mind, are you more focused on other people or what they could think about you? this question helped me a lot:)
