I am notorious for bad sleep nuero mints 5mg extra strength and wind down 2 hours before bed do not stimulate your mind. Even if I only get 5 hours of sleep its better then none and try to have all your coffee before noon. also 10mg of creatine when you wake up then again later after noon. I've managed to keep mine in a good enough balance with this.

how do you stack or cycle the nootropics? flmodfinil Dihexia and bromantane I'm more interested in Dihexia if its only one day or cycle? I do take uridine monophosphate which works great but dont mind switching some days up
