Buttercream
Hi all, those that use buttercream, how are you making sure it isn't grainy? I have read online about mixing it for long or gently warming it but I'm having no luck

Hey! I am using unsalted block butter at room temp, I use silver spoon is icing sugar and sift it gradually adding it to the butter. To the eye it looks perfect it is only noticable when tasting it xx
