@Tommy Gan Yep used it for first time all need to do it for around 3 days just like physical therapy sessions to make some differences. Also I'll take in that 20 secs works + 10 secs rest equal instead as my 30 "rest" secs (maybe 40 secs tops depending)b for each 4 variation for one set failure during 45 minutes duration of workout cause I'm doing Exercises Speed (over Technique Speed for 45 mins to over around 1 hour) thanks to rest of other physical therapy employees suggestions {just think of Hibiki Sakura (Dumbbells) & Ohma Tokita (Kengan Ashura/Omega) using only this kind of speed that fits their style than the principle behind it despite the fact that they are in the same universe}. But its interesting that this your version of finding the fastest way to gain muscle endurance...*GIF* On this kind of information you provided to it...*GIF*...
