@Alex Gick @Eddy Soto Power is your ability to generate force quickly. It’s not just about being strong; it’s about how fast you can use that strength. In training terms, power sits at the intersection of force and speed—how explosively you can move a weight, jump, sprint, or strike. When you train power, you’re teaching your nervous system to fire harder and faster, recruiting muscle fibers at high velocity. This is why plyometrics, Olympic-style lifts, medicine-ball throws, and fast concentric movements are staples of power development. They teach your body to turn raw strength into immediate output. In an anime-style sense, power is the difference between having energy and being able to unleash it instantly when the moment calls. A character might be muscular, but their true threat level comes from how fast they can translate that strength into action—like a sudden burst forward, a rapid counter, or a decisive finishing blow. Developing power in training works the same way: it transforms your base strength into something sharp, explosive, and combat-ready. It’s the stat that makes your movement feel alive, dynamic, and impactful—your real-world version of an “instant transmission” or “burst mode” activation.Power is your ability to generate force quickly. ⚛️ATOMIC HABITS⚛️
Atomic habits are tiny upgrades that fit into the life you’re already living. Instead of trying to overhaul everything at once, you attach a new action to a routine you already do — that’s habit stacking. Think of Sung Jinwoo at the very beginning, taking on daily quests that looked small and almost pointless… until they weren’t. Try something like: After I brew my morning coffee, I’ll do 10 push-ups. It’s a hidden training arc inside your day, slowly raising your stats without overwhelming you. Small victories, repeated consistently — that’s how you transform from who you are now into who you know you can become. ⚡📈

@Alex Gick @Christian Duncan @Nichalas LaTulippe @Eddy Soto Welcome to the doctrine of boundless flexibility. Unlocking your flexibility requires these two concepts: Familiarity, and Strength & Stability. 1) Familiarity: Your body has natural mechanisms in place to keep you protected. For your muscles and flexibility, it is your golgi tendon organ and your muscle spindles. They prevent you from going too far and hurting yourself/pulling a muscle (without them, your body would always be pulling muscles). They will kick on when you try to go to a range of motion that you have not done often, or are not comfortable with. It is like "uncharted waters". If you havent done it before (but more importantly, if you havent done it often, your body will prevent you from going there. So go to your end range of motion in any stretch, and hold it for AT LEAST A MINUTE for your body to "chart the waters" and register that degree of freedom as "SAFE". Then you will be able to keep that range of motion (if you dont loose it by never stretching) 2) Strength and Stability: This one is more straight forward. If your body knows that you do not have the strength or stability to enter into a range of motion without being able to control movement safely without pulling something, it will physically prevent you from moving further into that position. It is similar to a deadlift. If you dont have the grip strength to hold the weight, your body wont allow you to lift the weight. What does this mean? It means to train in exercises that use this deep range of motion. When you use it, it gets stronger and more stable. You are teaching your body that you can handle yourself, even in these deep uncharted waters. A great example of this is the Goku Stretch for is inner thighs! He is holding a squat while stretching at the same time, gaining strength in that position. He is also switching from side to side, which might make people lose balance. So he is also practicing his stability there. Both of these will unlock your hidden flexibility you didnt even know you had.
