Heavenly Father, Thank You for being present in every season of my life. When my heart feels heavy and my mind is filled with questions, remind me that I can bring everything to You. Lord, give me peace where there is uncertainty, strength where I feel weak, and wisdom when I don't know which way to turn. Help me to release what I cannot control and trust You with what I cannot understand. Open my eyes to Your goodness, even in difficult moments, and remind me that I am never forgotten. Thank You for seeing me, knowing my heart, and loving me through every circumstance. In Jesus' name, Amen. 🙏

Can you grieve someone you love and still feel relieved when they die? After a long illness, years of caregiving or a difficult relationship, grief can bring unexpected emotions. You may feel sadness, relief and guilt all at once. You might even ask yourself, “How can I feel relieved when I have just lost someone I love?” But emotions are not always simple.
