Meal idea!
High-Protein Crispy Potato Egg Pan Ingredients โ€ข 1 small potato, thinly sliced โ€ข 3 whole eggs โ€ข ยฝโ€“1 cup liquid egg whites (optional but boosts protein) โ€ข 1 tbsp of grated cheese โ€ข Spinach, peppers, tomatoes, or onions (whatever you like) โ€ข Salt + pepper โ€ข Olive oil spray How to make it 1. Lightly spray a pan and heat over medium. 2. Lay the potato slices flat in the pan so they cover the bottom. 3. Cover and cook for 8โ€“10 minutes until the potatoes are tender and golden. 4. Whisk eggs (and egg whites if using) with salt and pepper. 5. Pour eggs over the potatoes and add veggies + cheese. 6. Cover and cook until the eggs are set and cheese is melted. 7.
