What the hell? How do?
Roof pulls are always my weakness. There's no feet? Taller people reach out usable part of that side pull. Stronger people campus. I'm neither taller or stronger. My only thoughts were to maybe lock off next time, but every ounce of my being is required to keep the body tension that keeps my feet stuck in that wall. Anything for me?

@Caleb Williams I tried that in one of my attempts. It felt like it was pushing me away from the next hold, not closer.

What shoes does everyone rock!?
These were my main shoes last year, but I used to wear Vapor’s for the first 5 or so years indoor and outdoor! Left to right TC pros (for crack climbing) 5.10 mocsassains (slip on warm up/ chill shoes) Skwamas (my try hard shoe) I’ve been using unparalleled Quincy’s for the last 5 or so months and really liking them too. Curious what everyone else is wearing??

La sportiva's are the only shoes I've found that fit my feet.

Hi! I'm Lauren. My home gym is in Richmond, VA. My favorite outdoor bouldering crag is Stone Fort (near Chattanooga). My favorite sport crag is Reed's Creek in West Virginia. I am finally giving myself permission to be great at climbing. 💪❤️

@Ryan Hegarty What you need to know about climbing in Virginia is that most of us go to West Virginia to climb. 🤣 At Reed's, I think the rock is pretty grippy and I like the movement and it's beautiful and there's a bunch of fossils in the rock. Approach isn't too bad either.
What Course do you Want? > Vote Here <
One of the most difficult things for me is creating content that YOU will get value from. Instead of guessing, you tell me what you want to learn about. Cast your vote below, once there is enough interest I can create a video and shoot you a message that the course / information has been made. This is basically climbing training on demand, you dream it and I'll try to create it! Below is some of the ideas I have, but if you have one drop it in the other section.

I mean I want all of these but I've only ever landed one Dyno. Also the only time I ever came close crying at the gym was over being instructed (poorly) on how to dyno.

I've been climbing too long to be this mediocre but it did start when I was ancient so I think that counts for something.
