Promises, promises!
I'm behind on sharing these as promised a few weeks ago. I may have deleted my best takes already, but here are a couple outtakes from my Bodyguard musical audition self-tapes. I was fighting for my life that day with my vocals, drinking so much tea to warm and lubricate from erratic weather. 🥶🤧🫖🍵 Also, here's the link to my Pop the Balloon NYC Edition segment (starts at 44:22): https://youtu.be/LuzoygdnrZM?t=2661&si=i3r-C_Y2naXtrL30 It was hilarious. Offline, I have actually had a few dinner date invitations rescinded simply for sharing that I don't eat animals or drink alcohol. 🤷🏽‍♀️🙃 It ain't easy being green. 😅

WELCOME!
Hey, glad you're here! If you're anything like the thousands of people I've worked with, you've probably tried a lot of things that promised to fix your energy. Some worked for a week. Most didn't. This is different. Not because it's magic, but because we're not starting with what to take or what to do. We're starting with learning to read your own signals. That's the skill most people skip. And it's why most protocols fail. I'll be in here with you, not as a guru handing down answers, but as someone who's lived this and wants to help you find what works for your body. Drop a comment and tell me: what's your biggest energy struggle right now? Joe

Great question, and like we talked about on the call, you don’t need to go outside every morning. Outdoor sunlight is definitely ideal if you can do it, but not mandatory. Bright natural light through a window still counts, especially if you’re facing it for a few minutes. Even stepping near a window while you hydrate or move a bit is enough to send the signal. Also vitamin D supplements during the winter months is a good choice. The goal isn’t perfection. We adapt the leaks to real life, seasons included.

Welcome @Aman Dahiya! If you have any questions, let me know.
You Got Your Revyval Box! Now What?
For those of you who've received your Revyval AM/PM supplements, I put together a short video to help you get started. It covers: • What's in the box and where to put it • How to take PM (timing, mixing, what to expect) • How to take AM (when, with food or without) • What's normal in the first few days • What to adjust if needed It's 3 minutes. Watch it before you start your first night. If you haven't grabbed the supplements yet but you're curious what the experience looks like, feel free to watch. This is what Day 1 looks like. Questions? Drop them below or bring them to Real Talk next week.

@Nina Samad Hey Nina! Thanks for being that honest, that already tells me you’re self-aware and ready for change. “Busy, tired, caffeine and chocolate” is basically the modern survival formula, that is becoming the new standard of living, but the fact that you are aware that you’re missing real energy is important. That means your body remembers what it feels like, it just hasn’t had the conditions to get back there yet. That’s what we’re going to work together to fix. We’ll take this slowly and realistically. No giving up everything you love, no extreme rules, I promise. Just learning how to restore energy instead of borrowing it, in a way that fits a busy life. You’re in the right place, ask questions anytime.

@Kimberly Zernone Hey Kimberly! I’m really glad you shared this. What you’re describing is more common than people realize, especially with hormonal changes layered in. It usually means your body’s been running in a depleted state for a while. let’s start with the simple things: - Hydration + minerals in the morning - Protein in your meals - A short wind-down at night - Focus on sleep quality We’ll walk through this together. If you’re open to it, what do your mornings and evenings look like right now?
