I was told about this program by my dear friend Caroline when she ended up 4 days in the ICU with exertional rhabdomyolysis (a dangerous medical condition that can cause kidney damage or failure, dangerous heart arrhythmias, and compartment syndrome.) after doing Teds 100 (as fast as you can) DEEP SQUATS and ended up damaging skeletal muscle. Whats even more sad is he deleted the group chat where she joins in from a hospital bed, and deleted her post about getting rhabdo- trying to suppress her.
