Guys i got a tournament coming up this week and i got injured 2 days ago by falling on my right glute pretty bad.. i need tips to recover faster, i have iced, took painkillers, cuz we facing our rival club this christmas

I do a lot of endurance training since I wanted to be like steph so I can essentially run forever and I have trouble firstly getting open and secondly when I do get open I choke the middy or floater pls help cause I don't want to just be the guy that can only shoot threes
