For all ya’ll who've had success with DSIP - please share what you did. I tried an 8 week cycle and neither my "feel" nor my trackers showed any real change in deep sleep. I have no problem falling asleep, but I'm usually up every two hours or so, and my Apple Watch shows very minimal deep sleep. I was taking it around 1.5hrs before bed (don't remember my dose, probably just Hunter's recommendation). Thank you!
