FEMME LED: Redefining Leadership Through the Women’s Lens FEMME LED is a collaborative anthology featuring women who are redefining leadership beyond traditional, patriarchal, and performance-driven models. This book centers women who lead through lived experience, integrity, relational intelligence, and choice — in business, community, creativity, family, activism, and life. Rather than offering a single definition of leadership, FEMME LED presents a collective reimagining: leadership as it is actually lived by women today.
