Where do you shine in your wellness journey?
Is there an area of your wellness journey where consistency comes naturally to you? What helped you develop that?

@Sherrie Carroll lol. Sounds like your husband and my husband were cut from the same cloth. Consistency in wellness does not score high for me but I do enjoy planning and preparing meals - trying to make them simple and with fresh ingredients as much as possible.
How do you.....
I have come to the conclusion as I try to sort out a morning routine, that it is ok if every morning isn't the same, the demands of each day are different, even though the priorities are the same. A morning routine may not be a one size fits all for each day. What do your mornings look like? Are they the same each day....or are you like me...A morning tweaker?

I made the almond honey power bar! So good!! I will definitely make it again. Had enough to have for breakfast or a snack all week. It was as good today as it was last Saturday when I made it. I did not refrigerate. 😋
