@Seth Kreinbrook Sorry - I am just catching up with things around here after a bad fall in which I broke my back. Where did you study mining? That made me curious because of living close to the UTEP Miners :) --looks like you're from Arizona, though. Praying for you as you heal--I've come to see that the hardest parts of our stories are often what the Lord uses most in our lives to minister to others. I don't know your story but I'd encourage you to go through II Corinthians--it meant a lot to me, especially back in my twenties when I was trying to recover from some pretty terrible circumstances--I love the emphasis on "the God of all comfort" in that book and how God comforted him through Titus. I was talking to a friend yesterday whose 21 year old nephew died in an accident about a month ago, and she was sharing about Lamentations 3:23--how God's mercies are new every morning... Blessed are those who mourn, for they will be comforted... 🙏🏻

Mescal Movie Set

Hello ladies and gents! During our call today, I mentioned a place that is less than 5 miles away from my house. It has hosted Tombstone, Little House, and The Big Country to name a few movies. So you're by Saguaro and Tombstone, too? :) Such a cool area of the country--I lived in El Paso 18 years and definitely miss the desert somedays--and the Gila wilderness, too--I know that's a bit of a drive to El Paso, but compared to driving anyplace in Texas, it seems right next door. :)

Last night’s read 🤢

This morning I was reading Proverbs 25:16: “Hast thou found honey? eat so much as is sufficient for thee, lest thou be filled therewith, and vomit it.” What immediately sprung to mind was @Mary Parkinson’s astonishing talent for sound effects, which she displayed in last night’s read. 😂 Good job, Mary!
