I've caught myself doing something lately. I'll notice something and think... Huh. That's interesting. And then I'll keep right on going. 😂 A few days later, there it is again. Maybe it's something someone says. A reaction I have. A question that keeps coming back. Something that feels easier than it used to. Or something I keep avoiding for reasons I haven't quite figured out.🤔 And eventually I think... Okay. Maybe I should pay attention to this. 😂 I've always been someone who wants to understand things. Give me enough pieces, and I'm going to try to put the puzzle together. But I'm realizing there's something to be said for not figuring it out quite so quickly. Just noticing. Getting curious. Letting something sit there for a while without deciding what it means or what I'm supposed to do about it. So that's where my head is this morning. What's been catching your attention lately? It doesn't have to be about your community. It could be your business, something about yourself, or just life doing what life does. ❤️ And you don't have to know what it means. Maybe we can just ponder... “Hmmm. I wonder why I keep noticing that?” ❤️🐼🎋

We spend a lot of time around here talking about what we're building, testing, changing, and figuring out. But I'm pretty sure there are questions wandering around in some of our heads that haven't made it into a post yet. 😂 So let's open the door. What's one thing about your community, business, or the work you're building around it that you're genuinely trying to figure out right now? Maybe something isn't working the way you expected. Maybe you're trying to make a decision. Maybe something is working and you don't quite know why. Maybe you keep getting conflicting advice. Or maybe all you can say is... “Something about this isn't sitting right, and I can't put my finger on it.” That counts, too. ❤️ You don't need to fit it into a SKOOLME category. You don't even need to know what the real problem is yet. What's got you scratching your head? 🔬🐼

What's a video you've been meaning to make... but haven't? A welcome to your community? An invitation? Something you're launching? A quick teaching? A video that explains what you do? Here's your excuse to finally hit record. 😄 But there's one catch: Don't make a video for this post. Make a video you actually need. Aim for 60–90 seconds and bring it here. It doesn't need to be polished. This is a chance to try it with real humans before you put it out into the world. Along with your video, tell us: Where you plan to use it. What you want people to understand, feel, or do. What would make our feedback most useful to you. Then let's give each other something more useful than "Great video!" When you watch, share: What came through clearly to me... What made me curious or left me wanting more... And unless someone asks, let's keep our feedback focused on the message, not lighting, backgrounds, camera skills, or how anyone looks or sounds. Take what helps. Tweak it. Re-record it if you want. Then go use it. And come back and tell us where it landed. I really want to see these videos make their way out of this thread and into your communities, businesses, and the places you're already showing up. I'm doing this one with you, too. I've been thinking this morning about the questions we carry while we're building. Not the questions we can easily type into Google or ask AI. The ones that linger. The thing you keep noticing but haven't quite made sense of. The decision you keep circling back to. Or maybe just that quiet feeling that something isn't quite right, even though you can't put your finger on why. I think we sometimes rush past those moments. We look for an answer. Make another change. Ask someone else what they would do. But maybe we don't always need another answer right away. Maybe we need a little more time with the question. Because sometimes the question underneath the first question is the one that really matters. So today, before another week of building begins, I'm curious... What's something about your community you're still trying to understand? Not fix. Not solve. Just understand. You don't need to know what to do about it yet.
